This week we're looking at mental and physical wellbeing as an expat. With the absence of close friends and family, culture shock, the isolation that often comes with the language barrier and difficulty in making friends it's no wonder that expats often feel stressed and anxious. We're going to talk about how to protect against mental health issues and avoid the expat slump. I'll also be giving my tips on keeping physically fit and healthy when working abroad. Last but not least we're joined by Lindsay Hogg for our inspirational interview, she reveals the reality behind travelling the world for work and the career lessons it's taught her.
