67: Small town boy...dust bowl to Super Bowl

Small town boy, Warren Sapp was the baby of six raised by a single working Mom. He went from playing in open lot dust bowls to Defensive tackle in the NFL for 13 seasons, made 7 Pro Bowl appearances, earned first-team All-Pro honors 4 times, and won Super Bowl XXXVII. In this episode, Warren chats with Ben about preparation, training, and knowledge. He asks each of us, "What did you do today to get to your goal?" Sapp emphasizes that if you want something you have to go get it and never take a day off. Sit back and listen to the hilarious Sapp chat with Ben about how you have to "wake up and attack it".
