This is a very special episode with a lady so full of heart! It was amazing to be able to share our story along with learning more about Amanda Herdina and the passion behind her project heART Studios in Nashville TN. After feeling the strong pull to make a difference Amanda has fueled her energy into this beautiful space which is a collaboration of artists to heal trauma using the arts.
