I found these phrases on an old social media post from 11 years ago this morning: "Goal setting is the creative part of designing your life and the most important." And this one: "Think of setting goals as an itinerary for a trip you want to take." Creating our lives is more important than ever. Even when it is really difficult. Take care of Yourself!
