All Arkansans want the freedom to make decisions that affect our lives, and ballot initiatives allow us to exercise that freedom. But now, politicians and wealthy special interests are trying to fool us into giving away our freedom to make decisions so they can get what they want, instead of what the people want. Issue #2 would permanently change our constitution to make it harder to exercise our freedom to decide on important issues that affect our state.
