Samuel Canquerino is a BJJ Black Belt 3rd Degree and a unique individual in every sense. An athlete from a young age, Samuel made his determined transition from football to Jiu Jitsu in 2001 and has never looked back. In a very remarkable career, he is amounted tremendous victories against some of the biggest names in the sport and accomplished championship gold medals across the world. Since 2009, Samuel began his professional teaching career as he continued competing. This took him across the globe from Brazil, to the United States, United Arab Emirates, Japan, and more. Today he is one of the star coaches in the Emirates Jiu Jitsu Program of Palms Sports and spreads his knowledge and incredible energy with future champions of the martial art, both on and off the mats.
