What are the processes you have set up within that system that allows for the replicability of success and the minimization of time and energy leaks in your day? STANDOUT QUOTES “Everything is connected. Organizations and individuals that operate in silos, limit themselves in being high performing. Our lives are not siloed. They are all interconnected in some way. When we start to understand that any adjustment we make in a system will impact other parts of the system in different ways, we can be mindful of those decisions.” -Dr. Amber Selking [03:07] “We have a process so that we can replicate success.” -Dr. Amber Selking [05:26] “Things change. Systems have to be flexible and malleable, but consistent enough to allow actual human beings to grow, to develop and to build championship mindsets in how they show up every day.” -Dr. Amber Selking [09:29] “Manufacturing, academia, football, and softball are all different, but all of them are consistent in that we can build a comprehensive and integrated system that leads to winning.” -Dr. Amber Selking [11:27] Please get on iTunes to rate us and write a review for us!
