Edward Hoffman discusses his book "The Smart Mission" and NASA’s lessons for managing knowledge, people, and projects. Ed was the first NASA Chief Knowledge Officer, and the founder of the NASA Project Leadership Academy. In 2010 he received the NASA Outstanding Leadership Medal. He is currently a Senior Lecturer at Columbia University. Listen as he challenges the conventional wisdom on project management.
