Pratik, an Economic Times Young Leader Awardee, has swiftly risen up the FMCG ladder and has held roles in logistics, supply chain, factory management, and much more during his time at HUL. He also spends a great deal of his time mentoring young graduates and he doles out some great advice in this interview as well.
