Sometimes, we underestimate how much of an impact our mother tongue has on the way we think. If our mother tongue is like a the frame of a pair of glasses, the words we've listened to growing up are the lenses - good or bad, joyful or depressing. But you need to know that you can change these lenses, because the words we use to describe the world are nothing more than habits, and habits can be changed! Ashdin shares that, we need to consciously choose the words we use, because our words create and describe our reality.
