Yemeni writer Abobakr Alfaqeeh returns to help us understand the new controversial tax being imposed by the Houthi government as well as the Houthi government’s policies surrounding Covid-19. He talks about the suffering of ordinary Yemeni people living under governments without democratic legitimacy.
