I Have a Brain Tumor
On our latest SiriusXM radio program, I sat and spoke with Al Danto, a brain tumor survivor. Several months ago Al was diagnosed with a meningioma brain tumor, and he underwent 16 hours of brain surgery to remove it. In the postoperative course, he suffered a massive pulmonary embolism, experience multiorgan failure, and was placed on life support for 13 days. He talked about his recovery and his Catholic faith which was a major part of his recovery.
