Andrew Davidge of Gladki Planning

As a policy planner, his work focuses on helping municipalities develop frameworks to manage growth and development in a way that fosters successful communities. A particular area of focus has been creating a clear idea of what a healthy and complete community looks like, and how it can be achieved through the planning process. Public and stakeholder engagement is a big part of this process. Having public conversations on the future of communities is one of Andrew’s favorite parts of the job. Andrew is a member of the Canadian Institute of Planners and a Registered Professional Planner. A note to listeners: our interview with Andrew was conducted pre-Covid-19 and pre-Anti-Racism protests across the globe.
