Yaniv Bernstein knows how you can create a great organisation

Yaniv Bernstein is what us non techy people call a tech guru. Yaniv is a software engineer turned COO. Yaniv was at Google for 10 years until he decided to join the start up world, working first at Flare and then Airtasker, where until recently, he was VP Engineering and then Chief Operating Officer.

Yaniv is passionate about leadership and building great teams. His fundamental belief is that the best will be brought out in employees and teams if they feel they will have an impact.
