That was the big decision the four teams of HGTV designers had to make on this week's episode of "Rock the Block." Host Ty Pennington announces that the design duos will be tricking out the entire 1,500-square-foot lower level of their houses, and it's up to them to decide how to add as much style and appraised value to the space as possible. Creativity was at an all-time high and the designers turned out four impressive zones, but one team impressed judges Alison Victoria and Veronica Valencia the most and were crowned this week's winners.
