I’ve been thinking a lot about when and how to help the people around you when it comes to their health and diet - and when you should just keep your mouth shut (even for family!) I share my top 5 tips on how and where to suggest people get helpful information if they really want it. Along those same lines, I was asked for a comment to Buzzfeed in response to Ariana Grande’ recent statement asking people to stop commenting on her body. Bottom line: if you haven’t been asked, they don’t need your two cents…because you never know how comments will impact people. All this and more - stay tuned!
