We all put aside things, don’t pay attention to small details and focus on the difficulty in front of us.

Sometimes, our believes may stop us from actioning some of the things we know, we feel, will help us get thru.

Today we revisit PLEASE and look at The A and The B, so to build resilience and nurture yourself, by accumulating positive emotions, to build self-confidence and mastery, and so you can be #YourBestSelf.
