Gun Violence continues to be rampant in California and the United States. 2023 began with two tragic mass shootings in the cities of Monterey Park and Half Moon Bay. Before January was over, 40+ incidents of mass shootings had occurred in the United States. Assembly Democrats have continued to lead the nation on how to combat gun violence.
