Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! But even if Locked On Lakers listeners didn't enjoy their dinner (or their families), they at least got to bask in the glow of Wednesday's strong Lakers victory over the Indiana Pacers. The 124-116 OT win capped the Lakers' roadie at 2-3, and featured some extremely interesting wrinkles. You had Anthony Davis missing the game due to the effects of the fever he fought through to play in New York, and hasn't yet shaken. You had strong supporting performances from Malik Monk and Wayne Ellington, along with 20 hard-fought points from Russell Westbrook, who didn't shoot particularly well, but got to the free throw line eleven times, hitting nine. You had the Lakers clawing back after being down for nearly the entire game. And then you had an incredible performance down the stretch from LeBron James, who scored 15 points during the last two minutes of regulation and overtime. He also spent a large chunk of the game playing small-ball center, a look that helped fuel the comeback, and unlock a strong version of the Lakers.
