183. i'm giving you a love rant today. how many times have you agreed or said yes to someone even though you didn't realllly want to, all because you were trying to be nice or polite? 

friends. being polite does NOT mean you have to agree or give them the answer they want to hear.  you can be nice AND say no. you can be nice AND disagree.

stop putting yourself at the bottom of the pleasure pile.
