We chat about PTSD, ACE's and how soon one should seek a mental health professional. We talk about how to stop the stigma of mental health and how to break down those barriers through compassion and empathy. We discuss how trauma will find its way out whether through processing it, or through illness or shortened lifespan. We chat about suicide.
