Blood Flow Restriction Training: Light Weights, More Muscle?

Today I sit down with Dr. Mike DeBord, the founder of B3 Sciences, to talk about blood flow restriction training. Blood flow restriction training (BFR) employs bands that restrict (but not stop) blood flow to the arms and legs. Several clinical studies appear to show BFR training -with LIGHT WEIGHTS - can not only improve muscle strength and hypertrophy but also raise growth hormone too.
