I'm sure you've heard the saying "You're the average of the 5 people you surround yourself with" by John Rahn. But how important is our community when it comes to being successful? I wanted to investigate how true this really was. I looked at some research being done, and I found out that community and your environment play a huge role in how successful you are. In a study done by the New England Journal of Medicine on obesity and social networks, researchers found that a person had a 57% chance of being obese if a close was obese. This shows just how much influence those around us have on who we become as people. But it's not only about our bodies. The reality is that we spend our time and energy, which shape our subconscious mind, exposes us to new ways of thinking, and show us what's possible or not. We may even pick up new habits. So it's so important to make sure the people around us are bringing us closer to success and not further away from it. I'm a big believer that we need people in our inner circle to support, challenge, and inspire us to do better, and that’s what we’re talking about in this live episode.   Here’s what we talk about When I first realized how important your circle is  How to know if you have the right people around you  Why you should focus on creating a small circle of winners Reach Out!
