Keeping Alive Ep. 1 Guest- Carolyn Best

Today’s guest is one of the most inspiring and influential people I know. She was born in a small town, Jackson Michigan, with a strong faith and a close knit family.  As a child, she had dreams of one day seeing the world. As of now, she’s been all around the world and won’t stop moving to this day. I don’t think she’d like me sharing her age, but let’s just say her looks could fool you (She's 80). She still goes on two walks a day and has more of an active lifestyle than most millennials! I’d like everyone to meet my grandma, “Carolyn Best”. In this interview, we discuss: how it was like to live as a child in a small town during the 1960s, the struggles and accomplishments of being a nurse, the value of travel and how it impacts the way you think, and what it means to connect with your faith.
