Healing Narcissism

Today we’re going to talk about an extremely hot topic, narcissism. Chances are at some point in your life you’ve come across someone with a narcissistic personality. Usually, these people have an aesthetic sensibility about them, which if used in a positive fashion, has the potential to create real beauty in the world. But when approached from a weak state, can cause pain to both the person and those around them.  Narcissism is an adaptation from childhood, a characteristic that has been nurtured into our lives, which means there is HOPE to overcome it. When you’re willing to be vulnerable and take ownership of your behavior, that’s when you can start to make real changes in your life. We have to heal and start loving ourselves so radically that we’re able to break those old childhood agreements and start creating a life that truly makes us happy! What I hope to offer you today is not a diagnosis, but rather the knowledge for you to be able to notice these qualities in yourself or someone else, and show you how to create change around it.   “Accomplishment without having to intimidate the world around you to achieve it, that’s when you know you’re in a healthy state” - Sarrah Rose In This Episode: Learning the difference between a weak state and healthy state. Success doesn’t justify narcissism if you’re not TRULY happy with your life. Sometimes people naturally need more attention than others and when approached from a positive place is 100% normal!
