Scott Hoffman on his struggles with addiction following his professional ski racing career

Scott Hoffman (ex-US ski team member and NCAA National Champion) joins Casey Scott and Dr. Matt Woolley to share some of his favorite memories as a professional skier, the injury that pushed him out of the professional spotlight, and how his acohol abuse began to consume his life.

Scott also talks about losing a marriage to his alcohol consumption, how his fall from grace as a professional skier impacted his mental health after moving back to Utah, and his experience with being in and out of treatment centers.

Then we talk about Scott's year-long prison sentence following a DUI, what led to him finding recovery in prison, and his impact on the recovery community since he turned to living a life a sobriety.
