What does a former professional arm wrestler, trailer manufacturer and bison rancher have in common? Nothing other than that used to be Isaiah Winter's former professions. Growing up playing sports he started out building the other careers we mentioned but just wasn't getting that career fulfillment. He started working with high school teams learning his true strengths are pouring into people helping them develop in their field. With an internship with the Florida Gators he kicked off an awesome adventure to multiple schools that led him to the place he is now. Flex that finger and tap play to hear all about it.
