Charles Lebovitz, Chairman Emeritus and founder of CBL, describes the Lebovitz family's background in real estate, starting with their first mall in Chattanooga in 1962. CEO Stephen Lebovitz describes the changing role of department stores and the impact of the pandemic on the retail industry. He also highlight the importance of redevelopment and densification in the company's current strategy.
