344: Journaling Your Way Through Grief with Emilie Lancour

I found someone who loves journaling as much (or more than) me! Retired teacher and author of 3 books, Emilie is a widow who has found love again. After spending 20 years in special education and 5 years in administration, she started a company called Calm Water Writing to help people grieve through writing. In her grieving process, she wrote "It's Okay to be Okay" "It's Okay to Love Again" and "My Spouse Died. Now What?" We talk all about writing technique and practices that can make a real difference in the quality, experience, and impact of your journaling. We also talk about life after the death of a significant other and how to find a sense of happiness and peace again. Join us for a heartfelt conversation about what is possible when we take our healing seriously.
