This one is a little bit longer than the other ones, I have lots to say, including profound lessons I've learned that I want to share that have changed my life, and hopefully change yours for the better.
Last time we talked about surrendering to reality, and today is about surrendering to the timeline.
I decided to give timeline it's own episode because narcissism survivors can tend to be impatient about the timeline of their goals.
This is a trauma response. But it's not a problem, because when you see it, it'll change everything.
I'm also learning to apply this very lesson in real time.
