The film, produced by Wild Pacific Media and Definition Films.Award-winning filmmaker Nick Robinson and his dedicated team at Wild Pacific Media have spent years capturing the essence of the Northern Territory, showcasing the Top End's breath-taking beauty, unique wildlife, and the enduring connection of its indigenous people to the land.Australia's Great Wild North takes audiences on a mesmerizing odyssey, beginning from the rugged Kimberly coast, traversing the mysterious and rarely-seen Arnhem Land, and delving deep into the world's oldest rainforest in Cape York. The film features rivers and waterholes inhabited by sharks, territorial buffalo, venomous snakes, and the region's apex predator – the saltwater crocodile. This prehistoric creature, virtually unchanged for 200 million years, serves as the film's central character, guiding viewers through the heart of the Top End.
