Mumbai Delhi Passenger flying from flight number 6E2518 on 27 th April 2023 faced a long delay . In which the flight which was supposed to be boarded on 1925 Hr was boarded on next day 4 am in the morning. As per the information received from the travelling passenger, first the message of delay was received at 6:30 in the evening just when almost every body reached the airport, further from there on several reasons where given by the airlines in the duration of 8 hours delay in which the plane not started from Udaipur due to bad weather , agencies were conducting search on plane, pilot flying hours completed so getting some other pilot from Delhi, also passengers mistakenly were made stand in the queue of flight of Ahmedabad. There was all Chaos in the airport and argument between the flight staff of Indigo and passenger on Terminal 2 was also reported. Where the upset and tired passengers expected that in the era of technology and artificial intelligence, timely information and arrangements regarding the delay of domestic flights should be made on time specially with such good service providing airlines like Indigo at-least.
