How to keep calm during exams

For students whether they are bright or medium, end of year means exam time! We know that this period can be nerve-racking and stressful experience. So it’s no surprise that exams induce anxiety. Exam anxiety can be a good thing like I have always said. But too much anxiety can become crippling by clouding our ability to think, process information, and find answers in our brains when that all-important exam is right there in front of us. Now as requested by one of the student in one of the recent sessions I had conducted, I am listing here as to how the student can build confidence and reduce exam stress and face the exam with a calm mind. The podcast is titled "How to keep calm during exams" and come out successful.
