Our guest for today, Dr. Neha Mehta, comes from a middle-class Gujarati family who built an illustrious career for herself in the field of HR, with grit and determination being weapons in her arsenal. Born and brought up in Mumbai, Dr. Neha completed her bachelors in Sociology from Mithiai college and later proceeded to complete her post-graduation in HR and her PhD in Training and Development. Having had an eminent career in the field of HR, she is now chasing her latest pursuit of mind mentorship.The conversation comprised of several different topics, starting off from her tremendous transition from working in the world of HR to now practising as a mind mentor. We then moved onto discussing how an HR personnel can act as a facilitator in building a strong and healthy organisational culture. Took a step into the future and talked about how automation and artificial intelligence could impact, positively or negatively, the world of HR and business. In the end, Dr. Neha leaves us with some advice on commencing a career in the field of HR and what are some of the practical steps that young aspirants can take to give their journey a headstart.
