Episode 1: Pesto Sauce

Ingredients 2 cup basil 3-4tsp pine seeds 2-3 garlic cloves 2tbs lemon juice 3-4tbs nutritional yeast Himalayan salt as per taste 1-2tbs virgin organic olive oil / 4-5 green olives Few spoon of water to make the paste. ✳️Method Just add every thing to the S blender/ food processor add water as much as you need. Keep on grinding until you get coarse paste. I like to keep it coarse, if you want you can make smooth paste. Adjust the salt and the taste and that’s it! It last for a week in the fridge
