198. i'm talking my connection to a cadaver  (ouch!), and talking about the importance of reflecting back on 2023 before you look ahead to 2024.

changes are coming in the show up society membership. i'm going to be opening the doors intermittently. doors close january 7 until april.
 
in january, i'm offering a program that will help you love and have fun in your body. it's called dare to show up for your body. i'll give you a TINY (less than 5 minute) dare to do each day that will impact you. you can choose to do it or not!  and i have a guest speaker coming in who's going to lead us in a fun challenge!
