Atlanta United have won their first-ever playoff series and defeating New York City FC 3-1 on the night and 4-1 on aggregate to advance to the Eastern conference finals. A brace from Josef Martinez and a wonderful free kick by Miguel Almiron was more than enough to send the Five Stripes through.
