Sister Na'ima is a revert Muslimah of mixed heritage, Scottish from her fathers side and Zulu from her mothers side. Na'ima B. Roberts is the author of From My Sisters' Lips, From Somalia, with love & Boy vs. Girl. She is the editor-in-chief of SISTERS, the magazine for Muslim women. She is a renowned poet, public speaker and writer. She has been wearing the niqab (face veil) for over 20 years.
