Ida Byrd-Hill, president of Uplift Inc, a nonprofit Tech Diversity & Inclusion firm focused in reducing the digital talent shortage. As a lifelong entrepreneur, Ida owned a wealth management firm for years, but frustrated with the fact that none of the money she was helping to make was being put into helping her community, she decided to start a nonprofit to help African Americans prepare themselves for the fourth industrial revolution.
