She shares her experiences as a young woman entering a male-dominated field and the passion she has for personal growth and improvement. I think Tatiyana is a great role model for your people (especially young women) who might be interested in a path other-than college. Even if the people in your life don't think trade work is for you, or even a good option... Tatiyana's example can help people see the importance of making our own decisions and blazing our own trails.
