Today we have a special one – with none other than my father, David Choit. A NY born and raised baby boomer, he’s been someone who’s loved music his entire life. From surf rock to The Beatles, to soul to jazz to TTB, my dad has an eclectic taste in music. A guitar player himself who grew up right smack in the middle of the legendary Fillmore East era, his memorable experiences of seeing shows there every weekend was in many ways the focal point of our conversation. Hendrix, The Cream, The Allman Brothers, and more -- my father saw 'em all.
