From Personality to Presence
Though we often hear advice to “believe in yourself,” Sadhguru explains that by strengthening our personalities, we also cause our energies to become more rigid. This in turn hampers our possibility to transcend into higher dimensions of life. Spirituality, he says, allows one to become malleable by dissolving the personality and enhancing the presence of life within.
