Episode 65: Gaining Self-Confidence
This episode approaches the idea of changing the conversation with ourselves that continues to hold us back. We end up comparing ourselves to others, which takes away from our self-confidence and makes it difficult to convince ourselves that our art is worth sharing. We need to reassess why it is that we feel that way, and realize that we can rise above the voice in our own heads to become the badass artists we strive to be.
