From Russia to New Orleans to San Francisco, Kate Tova's dynamic mixed media paintings have been celebrated worldwide. Arriving in SF just this year, she's exploded onto the local art scene, and continues to push forward with her colorful, creative career. She gives some insight into how she began as a working artist and where she's headed in 2020.
