Aaron Chang: Understanding WeChat and its business implications
Today we’re joined by Aaron Chang, founder and CEO of JINGdigital, a marketing automation platform that specializes in turning WeChat followers into customers. Chang has over 15 years’ experience in web design and web development. He came to Shanghai in 2006, and in 2013 launched JINGdigital. We discuss the importance of WeChat in China and the opportunities and challenges it presents for companies, as well as gain Chang’s insight into how companies at different stages of development should be formulating their WeChat strategies.
