Ken Jarrett: DC Doornock debrief
Ken Jarrett, president of AmCham Shanghai, joins us today to discuss his recent return from the AmCham Shanghai Doorknock – an annual business delegation to Washington DC. This year’s delegation met with high-level representatives of the Trump administration from the Commerce Department, USTR, Treasury, State Department, NSC and the Vice President’s office. They also met with over twenty Senators and Representatives and their staff. We discuss what AmCham Shanghai hoped to achieve during the trip, and what the delegation learned from its meetings with senior leaders in the U.S. government.
