Mental health awareness month. 4 things to be aware of
Number one we need to catch ourselves when we are being fans of others vs appreciating what they can do and know we can do that ourselves. Number two be aware of your word choice you use with yourself, we make situations worse with our diction. Number 3 make yourself proud everyday and do extra reps. Be aware of your mind telling you that you’re tired and it’s time to stop when it’s not. And number 4 you’ve always been there for you. In the celebrations and the pep talks. Be aware that we are our greatest ally ❤️????????
