Now having said that, Learning how to move on quickly from anger frustration and stress is a very difficult thing to Master. However, learning how to realize that you are not in a good state of mind, and ask questions from a curiosity standpoint, instead of an anger standpoint and become very aware of your word choice you can move on from anger or stress quite rapidly.
