How many people do you see smiling today? We are terrified of joy
This episode was completely spontaneous and brought on by a theory that we found so much in our society and have resting worry on our faces that it is actually more strange to see somebody smiling to the point where we need facelifts when we are older because our faces have drooped in the sadness. I honestly want you to do this today, I want you to keep track of the number of people that you see smiling without saying anything or who are not in conversation. So someone who is just walking around on their phone or looking for something or whatever they’re doing I want you to see how many people are actually smiling.
