Melanie Scherer and the SNIP program have been able to help over 10,000 dogs in just 3 years! She’s extremely excited about what the future holds and hopes to continue the expansion of Snipbus, helping not only the animals but the people in the communities as well! The ultimate goal is to provide mobile, low-cost spay and neuter to stop the suffering and death of perfectly healthy, unwanted animals in our overflowing shelters due to overpopulation.
